The Website is provided for general informational purposes about T&R Growth and the services we offer. It is not an offer or a contract for services. Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement between T&R Growth and the client.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Website or its underlying systems; or
• copy or reuse the Website's content in a misleading way or in a way that infringes our rights.

Intellectual property

The content and design of the Website, including text and layout, are owned by T&R Growth or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. The name "T&R Growth" and our related branding belong to us. You may view and share links to the Website, but you may not otherwise reproduce our content without our permission.

Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, such as an email link. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.

Text message (SMS) alert program

Separately from this Website, T&R Growth operates a recurring, low-volume operational SMS (text message) lead-alert program. It is used only to notify the responsible person about operational lead and booking events, such as a new booking request or lead submitted for a business we serve. This program is operational lead notification, not consumer advertising or promotional messaging. This Website does not include an SMS opt-in or sign-up form, and the program does not send text messages to client-business customers, prospects, website visitors, or submitted leads.

Eligible recipients are limited to (a) authorized T&R Growth personnel who manage client leads and (b) opted-in owners or authorized staff of T&R Growth client businesses. A client business's own customers, prospects, website visitors, and submitted leads are not eligible for this program, are never enrolled in it, and never become SMS recipients. A lead's name, callback number, location, and service-request details may appear inside an alert sent to an opted-in business recipient, but the lead is never messaged.

Before opting in, each recipient is given the SMS program disclosures. That recipient then opts in by texting START to +1 (978) 800-2468 from the mobile number that will receive alerts, and must do so before that number receives any alerts. T&R Growth retains that inbound START message as the record of consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texting START alone does not make a person eligible. T&R Growth verifies the person's role and adds only approved recipient numbers to the appropriate client business's alert list. An unsolicited START message from an ineligible number does not result in lead alerts.

Message frequency varies with booking and lead activity, and message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance; help is also available by email at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in and consent data are not shared with third parties. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T&R Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which T&R Growth LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
