SMS Consent

This page explains how T&R Growth LLC ("T&R Growth," "we," "us," or "our") collects consent for its operational SMS (text message) lead-alert program. It is provided for information and transparency only. This page is not a sign-up form and does not enroll anyone. There is nothing to submit here, and no way to opt in from this website.
What the program is
T&R Growth operates a recurring, low-volume operational SMS program used only for lead and booking alerts. For example, notifying the responsible person when a new booking request or lead comes in for a business we serve. This program is operational lead notification, not consumer advertising or promotional messaging.
Eligible recipients are limited to (a) authorized T&R Growth personnel who manage client leads and (b) opted-in owners or authorized staff of T&R Growth client businesses. Every recipient must first opt in from their own phone (see below). A client business's own customers, prospects, website visitors, and submitted leads are never eligible, are never enrolled, and never become SMS recipients. A lead's name, callback number, location, and service-request details may appear inside an alert that is sent to an opted-in business recipient, but the lead is never messaged.
How we collect consent (text keyword opt-in)
Consent is collected through a text-message keyword opt-in that each eligible recipient sends from their own mobile phone. There is no opt-in form anywhere on this website, and no number is added automatically or through self-service. The same process applies to authorized T&R Growth personnel and to opted-in owners or authorized staff of client businesses:
- Before opting in, the recipient is given the SMS program disclosures about what the program is, that it sends recurring alerts, that message frequency varies with booking and lead activity, that message and data rates may apply, that they can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The recipient opts in by texting START to +1 (978) 800-2468 from the mobile number that will receive alerts. This must happen before that number receives any alerts.
- T&R Growth retains that inbound START message as the record of consent, and only then does that number begin receiving lead and booking alerts.
Texting START alone does not make a person eligible. T&R Growth verifies the person's role and adds only approved recipient numbers to the appropriate client business's alert list. An unsolicited START message from an ineligible number does not result in lead alerts.
Consent to receive these messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency, rates, and opt-out
Message frequency varies and depends on booking and lead activity means a participant receives a message when a relevant booking request or lead is submitted. Message and data rates may apply. A participant can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Help is also available by email at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com.
How we handle mobile information
We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
