Information we collect through this website

This website is a mostly static informational site with one optional inquiry form (the demo request form). Unless you choose to submit that form or email us, the website does not collect personal information about you. Specifically:

• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website.
• We do not use website analytics or third-party tracking or advertising services on this website.
• We do not ask you to create an account or sign in on this website.
• The only form on this website is the optional demo request form described below (it appears on the home page and the Book a demo page), which you complete only if you choose to.

Like most websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically process limited, standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site and maintaining its security. We do not use that information to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other data.

Information you submit through the demo request form

If you choose to complete the demo request form, we collect the business and contact information you enter: the kind of shop you run, your business name, your city or town, about how many past customers you have, your email, and an optional mobile phone number. You choose what to share, and submitting the form is entirely optional.

The phone field is optional. The form also has an optional text-message checkbox that is unchecked by default. If you tick it, we record that you agreed to receive text messages at the phone number you entered, along with the time you submitted the form. If you leave it unticked, we record that you did not agree.

When you submit the form, that information is sent to us through a reputable third-party form-processing service that we use only to receive and route form submissions. We use what you submit solely to evaluate whether our service is a fit and to respond to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with that processing service or as needed to respond to you or as required by law. Providing this information and agreeing to be contacted about your inquiry is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Information from owner outreach calls

When our team calls a business, we use the business name, owner name, and phone number the business lists publicly. If the owner agrees to receive a text (see Owner outreach), we record the date, the time, the team member, and the phone number as the record of consent. If the owner says no or asks not to be contacted, we add the number to our do-not-contact list. We use this information only to follow up on what the owner asked for and to honor their choices.

If you contact us by email

If you choose to email us at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com, we will receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use that information only to read and respond to your inquiry. Sending us an email is entirely your choice.

How we use information

We use information you send us by email or submit through the demo request form solely to communicate with you and respond to your request. We text a phone number given to us through the form only if you ticked the optional text-message checkbox, and we text an owner we called only after they agreed to receive a text. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with our form-processing service, as needed to respond to you, or as required by law.

Text messages (SMS) and your mobile information

T&R Growth LLC sends text messages under the brand name T&R Growth / ServiceMomentum. We send text messages only to people who have given consent, through one of the three programs described below. We do not send unsolicited text messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text message (SMS) program: inquiry follow-up

When you complete the demo request form on this website, you can tick an optional checkbox, unchecked by default, agreeing to receive text messages from T&R Growth / ServiceMomentum about your inquiry at the phone number you entered. If you tick it, we may text you to follow up on that inquiry, for example to confirm we received it, answer your questions, or arrange a call. If you leave it unticked, we do not text you.

Ticking the checkbox is optional. Consent to receive these messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can submit the form without it.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for help. Help is also available by email at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com.

Text message (SMS) program: operational lead alerts

Separately from this website, T&R Growth operates a recurring, low-volume operational SMS (text message) program used only for lead and booking alerts. For example, notifying the responsible person when a new booking request or lead comes in for a business we serve. This program is operational lead notification, not consumer advertising or promotional messaging. It is not offered through, or signed up for on, this website. The optional text-message checkbox on our demo request form covers inquiry follow-up only and does not enroll anyone in this lead-alert program.

Eligible recipients are limited to (a) authorized T&R Growth personnel who manage client leads and (b) opted-in owners or authorized staff of T&R Growth client businesses. A client business's own customers, prospects, website visitors, and submitted leads are not eligible for this program, are never enrolled in it, and never become SMS recipients. A lead's name, callback number, location, and service-request details may appear inside an alert sent to an opted-in business recipient, but the lead is never messaged.

Before opting in, each recipient is given the SMS program disclosures. That recipient then opts in by texting START to +1 (978) 800-2468 from the mobile number that will receive alerts, and must do so before that number receives any alerts. T&R Growth retains that inbound START message as the record of consent. Consent to receive these messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texting START alone does not make a person eligible. T&R Growth verifies the person's role and adds only approved recipient numbers to the appropriate client business's alert list. An unsolicited START message from an ineligible number does not result in lead alerts.

Message frequency varies and depends on booking and lead activity: you receive a message when a relevant booking request or lead is submitted. Message and data rates may apply. A participant can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Help is also available by email at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com.

The commitments in the mobile information section above apply to this program as well.

Text message (SMS) program: owner outreach (call first)

Our team calls a business's listed phone number first and asks whether the owner would like a text, for example a short demo link. We text only after the owner says yes on a live call or texts DEMO to one of our team's numbers, and we log the date, time, team member, and number for every consent. We do not send a first text to anyone who has not given that consent.

The first text confirms the request, names the sender and T&R Growth LLC (Service Momentum), and includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. STOP and HELP are honored right away across all of our team's numbers, and numbers that opt out go on our do-not-contact list. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The commitments in the mobile information section above apply to this program as well.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence and form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our ordinary business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete an email exchange or a form submission by contacting us at the email address above. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as needed to honor those choices and to meet our legal obligations.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
