Information we collect through this website

This website is a mostly static informational site with one optional inquiry form (the Growth System Audit application). Unless you choose to submit that form or email us, the website does not collect personal information about you. Specifically:

• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website.
• We do not use website analytics or third-party tracking or advertising services on this website.
• We do not ask you to create an account or sign in on this website.
• The only form on this website is the optional application form described below, which you complete only if you choose to.

Like most websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically process limited, standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site and maintaining its security. We do not use that information to identify you, and we do not combine it with any other data.

Information you submit through the application form

If you choose to complete the Growth System Audit application, we collect the business and contact information you enter, such as your name, business name, business email, business phone, website, industry, service area, team size, approximate number of past customers, the tools you use, and a description of your biggest problem. You choose what to share, and submitting the form is entirely optional.

When you submit the form, that information is sent to us through a reputable third-party form-processing service that we use only to receive and route applications. We use what you submit solely to evaluate whether our service is a fit and to respond to you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with that processing service or as needed to respond to you or as required by law. Providing this information and agreeing to be contacted about your inquiry is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

If you contact us by email

If you choose to email us at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com, we will receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use that information only to read and respond to your inquiry. Sending us an email is entirely your choice.

How we use information

We use information you send us by email or submit through the application form solely to communicate with you and respond to your request. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with our form-processing service, as needed to respond to you, or as required by law.

Text message (SMS) program: operational lead alerts

Separately from this website, T&R Growth operates a recurring, low-volume operational SMS (text message) program used only for lead and booking alerts. For example, notifying the responsible person when a new booking request or lead comes in for a business we serve. This program is operational lead notification, not consumer advertising or promotional messaging. It is not offered through, or signed up for on, this website, and this website does not contain an SMS opt-in or sign-up form.

Eligible recipients are limited to (a) authorized T&R Growth personnel who manage client leads and (b) opted-in owners or authorized staff of T&R Growth client businesses. A client business's own customers, prospects, website visitors, and submitted leads are not eligible for this program, are never enrolled in it, and never become SMS recipients. A lead's name, callback number, location, and service-request details may appear inside an alert sent to an opted-in business recipient, but the lead is never messaged.

Before opting in, each recipient is given the SMS program disclosures. That recipient then opts in by texting START to +1 (978) 800-2468 from the mobile number that will receive alerts, and must do so before that number receives any alerts. T&R Growth retains that inbound START message as the record of consent. Consent to receive these messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texting START alone does not make a person eligible. T&R Growth verifies the person's role and adds only approved recipient numbers to the appropriate client business's alert list. An unsolicited START message from an ineligible number does not result in lead alerts.

Message frequency varies and depends on booking and lead activity means you receive a message when a relevant booking request or lead is submitted. Message and data rates may apply. A participant can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Help is also available by email at hello@tnrgrowthagency.com.

We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message delivery is subject to carrier conditions, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our ordinary business record-keeping. You may ask us to delete an email exchange you have had with us by contacting us at the email address above.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
