Built and operating

A real service-business implementation.

The public website, private workflow and return-service process have been built and used in a real operating business.

Public discovery and lead capture

A focused service-business website and connected intake path were built and put into operation.

Private operating workflow

Leads, customers, jobs and completed work are tracked in one private workflow.

Review and return-service process

The operating system prepares review requests, records next-service dates and surfaces customers who are due again.

Results vary, and customer review and reminder messages are currently reviewed and sent manually.

Read the implementation and accuracy notes
  • A commercial customer reported discovering the service business through Gemini.
  • In a separate unbranded test, Gemini displayed the business and cited its website.
  • These were separate events, and results vary by query, user and location.
  • We do not claim the website caused a particular job.
  • Automated customer texting is not operating.
  • T&R Growth’s opt-in operational SMS lead alerts are for authorized business recipients only. Customers are never automatically enrolled or messaged. See SMS Consent.

Who it’s for

Built for established service businesses with customers worth bringing back.

A strong fit

  • Established HVAC, heat-pump or recurring local-service company.
  • Existing customer history and a good offline reputation.
  • Website, lead handling and follow-up are disconnected.
  • Recurring cleaning, maintenance or service opportunities.

Not yet

  • Brand-new business with no meaningful customer history.
  • Company seeking only ad management.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do we need a new website?

Not always. We recommend a rebuild only when it materially improves the connected system. If your site is in good shape, we assess connecting to it instead.

Does this replace our existing software?

No. This is not a ServiceTitan replacement, and it does not replace your accounting, scheduling or invoicing tools. We assess what to connect, keep or build around your existing tools before recommending an implementation.

Is automated customer texting included?

No. It is not part of the current base implementation and is not operating. Review and reminder messages are prepared by the system and sent manually. Automatic customer texting may be offered separately in the future.

Can you guarantee leads, reviews or search rankings?

No. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, bookings, reviews, reactivated customers, or placement in Google or AI assistants. We build the foundations that help. Placement still varies by query, user and location.
