Your past customers are calling someone else.
Your best next job is a customer you already served. We set up reminders when they’re due, maintenance plans, review asks and win-back texts, and we write every text. You send them from your shop.

Where follow-up lives today
On a sticky note. In a text thread. In your head.
- The officeThe sticky note fell off the dash in July.
- The techsThe text thread is on Luis’s phone, and he’s off today.
- YouYou meant to call Mrs. Lee back in March.
So the repeat job goes to whoever shows up first on Google.
Between jobs
Put the job on the calendar. That’s it.
- Book the job like you already do.
Your calendar, your phone. Nothing new to open in the truck.
- The customer gets logged.
Name, address, units, tech and what you did, in one book that never walks out the door.
- Their next visit gets set.
When it’s time, they land on your Today list with the text already written. You tap send.

Done for you
You run the trucks. We run this.
Setup, then monthly. No software to learn, no logins to manage, nobody on your team stuck keeping it up.
- Week 1We load your customer book.
Spreadsheet, invoicing export or a shoebox of old invoices. Every customer goes in, sorted by when they’re due.
You: send us the list - Week 2We connect it and it goes live.
Your calendar and your tracking number get wired in, so every job and every call lands in one place.
You: one kickoff call - Every monthWe run it.
We keep the book clean, track every lead to its source, and line up who’s due next.
You: tap send, answer the phone

More jobs from the customers you already have.
The whole idea, start to finish. Sound on, captions built in.
Who it’s for
If your customers need you again, we help you bring them back.
Reminders, maintenance plans, review asks and win-back texts, written for you every month. You tap send.
Cleaning
Recurring cleans slip when nobody follows up. We line up who’s due for their next clean, write the reminders for past customers before the season, and draft the review asks for happy customers. You send them.
Pest control
Quarterly and seasonal treatments are repeat work by nature. We flag who’s due, push one-off customers toward a plan, and reach out to anyone who lapsed.
Lawn care
Every spring your book should refill itself. We write the texts to last season’s customers before the rush, offering the next service and winning back the ones who went quiet. You tap send.
Pool service
Openings, closings and weekly service come back every year. We write the reminders to past customers ahead of each season, so you can send them and fill the calendar before the first warm week.
HVAC and mini-split
Tune-ups and yearly cleanings are due on a schedule. We built this first for a mini-split cleaning shop in Maine: every customer sorted by when they’re due, with the text already written.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Is this a CRM?
No. A CRM is software you have to learn, fill in and keep up. We hold your customer book for you, track every lead by source, and show you who’s due. You don’t manage a system. We run it.
Do I have to learn software?
No. We install it, set it up and run it. You get one Today screen that shows who’s due, with the text already written. You read it and tap send.
What do you need from me?
Your customer list in whatever form it’s in today: a spreadsheet, an export from your invoicing tool, or a stack of old invoices. Access to your calendar. And one short kickoff call. We do the rest.
How long until it’s live?
About two weeks. In week 1 we load your customer book. In week 2 we connect your calendar and tracking number and it goes live. After that we run it for you every month.
